Ok, ive always wondered and never knew.....

Who, When, and How do they decide which statium will host the Superbowl?

last year it was detriot, neither the hawks or steelers statium... this year its miami i believe... who decides this? when do they decide this, and how do they come up with which statium they will use?

The 31 NFL owners get together and vote on who hosts the Super Bowl pretty much. Four finalists submit their bids about a month before making a presentation at a meeting of all of the league's owners. A vote follows. If no city receives 75 percent of the vote on the first ballot, the city with the fewest votes drops out of the competition. The same thing applies in the next round. After that, it goes to a majority vote between the two remaining cities.
