wtf..rpms still not working..please help

ok i got the liitle board from dsmchips and i wired it in and it still dosent work...how could i find a way to fix it...i havent switch the 6 and 14 pins and the car runs fine..im thinking it is a 90 ecu..but yeah...what is the rps ran off???

on the pwr transistor there is a white wire that is where the tach signal gets its signal, if it is a 90 i believe the transistors are diff and i am sorry but i don't know how that sys triggers the tach.
