wont start

ok frist to say i need help, my car want start normaly. what i mean is i push the clutch and turn the key and it want start. i checked the starter its good, i checked the clutch switch thats good. then when i found the relay after looking for a hour i jumped it and it starded so i got a new relay. when i want to put it in the car didnt start so i had to go back to jumping the relay. i have no clue whats going on. im a honda mechanic but that doesnt help me. also my fans dont turn on so i had to put a switch to them.
