wont start

just built 92 awd put in new motor fresh internals everything prof. done timing was done by a dsm wiseman on this site so i knows its in time put in motor with help from a friend wired up everything and now it wont start gets good spark is getting fuel put smells like its flooded have 2g maf on car and upper intercooler pipe with greddy rs but is re-circ. other wise stock wires 14b etc turns over but like hits ruff spot and car will kinda jerk i know its kinda of a throw up question any ideas?

Check your plugs and make sure they're in the correct firing order.
Check your ECU for damage.
Check your compression numbers.
Make sure your CAS isn't 180° out of phase.

How are you verifying spark and fuel?

checked firing order is correct and everything but someone told me when the key is on it should read zero on the boost gauge and its not moving at all.... they told me that mostly thats the cas is that correct its also turning over very slowly an ideas?

Mechanical boost gauge should always read zero with the engine off. Stock boost gauge reads off the ECU, it isn't really ready boost, it estimates. I don't remember what mine does when the car isn't running because I never look at it when the car isn't running (I don't build boost just sitting there)
I would check your front O2 sensor. They are often a cause of flooding.
Another thing to check is ignition timing.
Also make sure you have all the wire hooked up (including grounds).
