Hello Group, what adhesive did Mitsubishi use on the eclipse spoiler

FSM shows this & it looks like only on the low spoiler (#4)-

Its more of a foam padding then tape or glue. Its likely got a slight tack to it but nothing major as when i took my high rise off the (gasket) came off nicely. So its not something you might want to glue on as you will possibly never get it off again if you need to.

If you wish to seal it better then some foam padding on the edges and foam washers around the holes will do nicely

Gaskets/tape in any event its not an adhesive or gasket maker, they are very similar to double sided tape as I had said, when you get them new you have to peel the protective layer from them just like tape, I have installed new ones.
