Will EGR delete mess with my tune?

Using link v3. If I remove my EGR and lines will it mess with my AFRs or any settings that will effect the cars performance without me making any changes in link?

Nope get one well worth it, make sure the egr block off plate is nice and tight and no leaks cover up those vacuum nipples on the intake manifold cuzz can cause a bad boost leak. Maybe will get check engine light when removing egr system plug, but nothing ecmlink can't fix.
