Resolved Will a 2g awd transmission work in a 1g

I have a 92 eagle talon TSI AWD that I bought as a rolling chassis I've got a motor for it but I've had a hard time finding a transmission for it. I recently came across a 2g awd transmission out of a GSX, but I don't know if it would work in a 1st gen. This is my 3rd DSM but my first AWD so im learning but any help would be appreciated Thank you

better off looking for a used one on ebay or your local transmission shop. also when buying a used trans make sure you check the condition of your transfer case. My transfer case oil looked like the milky way.
