why so much knock log inside

i replace the knock sensor and still same thing and this is the log after replaced the knock sensor and at 471 seconds i did a -1 to the timing from 2000rpms to 6000-rpms.

mod list if you really want to call it that is (91 talon awd 5 speed) walbro 255 aeromotive afpr set at 43, 3 inch exausht no cats and the everything else is stock 14b turbo. if i get on the two step there is no knock
 
new log old stuff verified that base timing was set to 5 this is pissing me off

In addition to fixing your axles, checking out any loose/worn out suspension pieces, ensuring base timing/fuel pressure is set correctly, as WES_393 mentioned, please do a boost leak test. If you are mostly stock and boost is set to stockish, chances are you have a serious boost leak. There is no way your IDCs should be anywhere close to 100% if you are running stockish boost. If the MAS is reading significantly more air than is actually reaching the engine, the IDCs can certainly shoot through the roof just as you are describing. This fuel dumping can also lead to rich knock.
