leaning out/hesitating at half throttle (log inside)

Well, I finally got the car back on the road after months of troubleshooting no starts. Although the problem that I'm having now is a bad hesitation during acceleration, usually under half throttle, my wideband seems to be leaning out under these conditions. I have yet to do a full pressurized BLT, but I have gone through and checked all vacuum lines and clamps. The problem seems fuel related to me. I have read numerous threads about related issues, but am hoping mine can be narrowed down by the provided log.

I'm new to tuning, so hopefully this log will provide enough information about my issue.

Have you looked at the DTC tab in link? You're throwing a couple codes. The knock sensor one is the code I'd be concerned about.

Get your wideband input to the ECU and logged.

Do you have a specific point in that log that you're referring to?

Have you tried new spark plugs / cables? Had a similar problem with hesitation up until last week when I replaced the cables and cleaned and regapped my plugs.
