Who made this turbine housing? Small 16g

I just bought this small 16g earlier today. The first thing I notice was the hot side was huge, way different and heavier compared to the regular 7cm housing.

Does anyone know what it is? there no markings on it.

BEP housing. They made several different types for different turbos.
 
Looks like you have a broken bolt or two to drill out. Those are always a good time....especially if they're the harder "11" Mitsu bolts.

That appears to be one of the older Bullseye housings with the giant snap ring that holds the center housing into the turbine housing. They've since ditched that design because the snap ring likes to weld itself into the turbine housing from the heat. The last one of these housings (with the snap ring) I had to remove took almost an hour. Needless to say, the snap ring DIDN'T go back on....I converted the housing to be a bolt-down style like a Garrett.
 
i had that housing on my old small 16g and it was great. You'll have fun with that turbo!

After a while the 38mm internal gate stoped functioning, so i removed it and went to external 38mm off the o2 housing.

Yeah, it has 2 broken bolts.

It's been a while...I recall modfying a set of Garrett hold downs to fit into the (3) flat areas of the lip where the lock ring fits around the turbine housing. There should be one near each of the coolant lines, and one at the oil drain as well.

I drilled and threaded (3) 6mm x 1.0 bolt holes in the housing in these flat portions. The Garrett hold downs were cut and drilled so they would overlap enough to hold the center housing down tightly once the bolts were torqued.

I believe Bullseye will perform the same service for a nominal fee if you don't have time, tools, or patience.
