And I bet you tell that to all those Honda Kids buying crap from your r.i.p.e.

Air/Fuel is a terrible gauge, I think it's about the most worthless 50 bucks you can spend.

And I have one. OMG

EGT no doubt..

this is a first someone has recommended A/F light show gauge.. hah.. that thing is not accurate.. it just shows that ur o2 is working.. and gives u an IDEA how ur running lean/rich.. but not something u would want as far as tuning..

haha.. but cucumber. ur not the only one who hates on it and has one.. im guilty as well.. but i got it as a deal.. so its all good.. haha..

It's not really a gauge but you could get one of the DIY widebands :)

I would never recommend wasting the $55 for a gauge that uses the stock o2 sensor since its mainly there for emissions and gas mileage.

Exactly, I got a killer deal, and I figured blinky lights give the girlies the "O" face. :)

see... all it took was a little group therapy and we've found your problem! Blinky lights are not the ticket.

It takes slow pulsing lights.

Try it, your girl will thank you!

did i say u didnt need a egt? i dont think so...did i explain the differences and importance? no. I dont sell nidbit parts like gauges its not feisable to sell gauges cucumber. What my company does is custom paint jobs, rebuild engines, blueprint engines, diagnose engines, machine engines, balance engines and cranks, lighten flywheels and drive shafts, rebuild transmissions, suspension, brakes, custom exhaust setups. roughly 50% of my customers come in with heads and cranks. We also do OEM part location on later model vehicles with hard to find parts such for the rx7, corrado g60 and vr6, porsche 944 and 928, i have two regular customers with the bmw 850i. 7 regulars with buick grand nationals. i have 10 fulltime employees and 4 part time, one finance advisor, and one manager who oversees while im not there. So just because the name is retarded i admit. What the hell else you want me to call it ? everything auto? PS i dont call it RIPE neither i noticed that a week ago.

Not necessarily-- it depends on what brand of gauge you get. Some of them use the little "bulb condoms"-- you just unscrew the light bulb(s) out of the back of it and put on a different colored bulb cover. That's how mine is.

Yeh I have and Autometer Ultra-Lite and the bulb is really easy to take out and just put a different condom on it and it changes the color. I like it with red cause matches the stock colors, but it came with green as well or you could just leave it off. Pretty igenious...wrap it up

What's the best site for boost gauges?

Do you have any pics of them installed on your car?
Thanks

they'll come in the mail in a few days, i'll be sure to post pics when i get em. :thumb:

as for a good deal, i saw them for roughly ~60 for the a/f and ~50 for the boost, so it just saves me the trouble of buying them seperately, and it saves on shipping. i also got the dual a-pillar pod from there, and they shipped the two guages and the pod for $13. not to shabby. there are probably cheaper places, but this was easy and convienient (i keep most of my money in PayPal and do a lot of ebay business)
