which size oil restrictor? evo 3 16 off OFH

im running an evo 3 16g fed off the OFH with a stainless line. it started puffing smoke on shifts so i pulled my intercooler pipe and sure enough there was oil in there so i guess i need a rebuild the turbo and i want to start running a restrictor, so what size do i need

Really, only you can know this for sure. Every engine and port job is different. What you should do is take an oil pressure test kit and measure the pressure at the turbo, experimenting with various restrictors until you've got the oil pressure YOU want.

Why not just run the oil supply from the head with the stock oil line, problem solved!

because i bought the car with the OFH setup already on it and have blocked the hole in the head

I ran my 16g from the OFH for a while with no problems. You don't need a restrictor.

Well tell that to my turbo seals, which now leak from the oil pressure.

Had to make sure I use proper punctuation and the "shift" key so i dont get another warning. Seriously what is this forum becoming?
