Where to start

Just bought a 98 GST but trying to upgrade honestly don't know where to start off car is all stock thinking of starting with the fuel trying to upgrade to a Evo 9 pump but don't know exactly what I'm going to need or if I have to rewire any feed back will be appreciated

Maintenance is for sissies. I recommend getting the biggest t3/t4 turbo you can find on craigslist....and that's also the cheapest

This. Make sure the compressor housing says "turbocharger" on it as well, that way you know you are getting the correct part.

Is there instructions for the pump rewire? Just scooped a evo9 pump also
My stock is going to shiiit.
Already did maintenance and fixed all my leaks. Belts including timing tensioner
