Where did the Coil on Plug Ebay Seller Go??

Anyone know where the guy went who was selling coil on plug ignition set ups for $250 on ebay for our cars? My coil pack is dying and if I can pick up a COP for $250 I def will. Thanks.

Do those really net you any gains? I thought it was more of a it either works or it doesn't kinda thing...or like grounding wires where the only improvement you feel was the failing operation of the standard unit. I would spend the $250 in many other places before I bought a COP setup. You can pick up a working 1g unit for fairly cheap, I have one if you need it.

We are swamped with the Orders an the coils went on back order. SO we took a break to catch up.

The COP sets work great, you notice cleaner starts, smoother idle, better throttle response.

As far as HP gains there are none from the COP setups by them selves, the COP setup will however allow you to run higher boost without spark blowout and also runs a hotter spark allowing for a larger plug gap.

Keep in mind that when you guys want to say that the COP are useless that Shep runs one on his car.

Yes with you will still be using the waste spark system.
Works great with your MSD DIS II system and the coils will not burn out from the use of the dis like the stock system "CAN"

I love it how people can say "oh things are just fine, you don't need to upgrade". You can run 10's on a stock intake manifold....but would you want to? No, of course you'd go with the magnus, etc.

COP is better.

I agree that ppl say that you can do certain things with stock stuff but Ii think that if there is a mod that will allow one to do the job and releave stress from the system then go for it.
