where can i get a after market clutch

you would be better off spending the money on a clutch that will last rather then one that you can get for cheap bro. i am running a competition stage 4 clutch and 8 pound fly wheel it cost me 600 dollars but well worth the money. it is cheaper without the flywheel tho probably like 350 400. just a estimate. but you get what you pay for bro.

Where can I get a stage 1 or 2 clutch for cheap? Does anyone know how much a shop would charge to put it in?(As I don't have the tools to do so.)

What I am wondering, what IS a stage 1 or 2 clutch? That is just a ricer term same with "stage 4 turbo"

You want to find a good company, the horsepower you are going to be running (affects pressure plate rating) and wether full face or pucked and with that, what material the clutch plate will be. For most needs, an organic full faced clutch is enough and most vouch for the ACT 2600. Which btw aren't rated in stages.

Also, the search button works wonders as there are MANY threads related to clutches+pressure plates and flywheels.

You said what I was going to say.

These things dont have stages. God why cant people get that out of their heads?

That was giving you the info on why you can't run a turbo clutch on a N/T tranny. Some vendors may be carrying them but I'm not sure who though. I haven't exactly looked for n/t products. Just when you find one, search the name here and see if anything comes up, if not then ask if anyone knows the brand.

Correct, before you decide on an ebay clutch, search the company name on here to see if anyone has experience with that brand to see if it's quality or not. Hell, just search for n/t clutchs on here in general and you should find some useful information.
