When does this turbo reach full boost

Garrett 60-1 turbo T3 flange, 70 A/R compressor with T04S cover, stage 3 76 trim wheel, .82 A/R hot side, flows 781cfm . Those are the specs of a turbo I am looking to buy off ebay that ends in 4 hours and I wanted to know if anyone has this turbo and what they spool by on a 2.0 ... Also is this turbo any good..like how much hp is it capable of?

I'd say probably around 5k, maybe a little after.

My 60-1 has a mitsu bolt on turbone housing and a p-trim turbine wheel. I see full spool around 4200. With the stage 3 turbine and the .82 a/r, I would say around 4800-5200, depending on manifold used. The 60-1 is capable of supporting 600+ horsepower, but is very pump gas friendly and imho, fun to drive on the street. Everyone that has ever driven my car feels the same way. It seems to be a very good dsm turbo but have been forgotten about since the hype of the sc61 and the gt turbos.
