so im having this knocking sound around 3k rpm and up with alittle to half throttle, i dont hear it when im WOT idk if its because i cant hear it over the sound of the car or if it goes away, but my opinion is its the oil pump, i know its not rod knock. in the video theres a whine the belts are making so its alittle hard to hear the knocking until toward the end of the video. but any help would be appreciated. im scared to drive the car until i figure this out ( which is ok i have a DD )

Do you still have balance shafts?

yeah i stilll have balance shafts

That's friction based noise... not collision. Bad water pump? Power steering pump? Compressor the AC is shot? Could very well be the oil pump... Pray it isn't a bearing.

i took the compressor out, i pray its not a bearing either, what happened was my head didnt seal correctly when i replaced the head gaskets so i got gas in my oil so i believe it ate some bearings somewhere, so when i changed the oil there was small shavings, not any big chunks or anything, i put a diff head on cause the other was warped and it drives fine, its just that noise scares me so ive had it parked and havent really messed with it, but the rod bearings went out before and i replaced them so idk if its left over chunks or if they are new ones. guess only 1 way to find out.

Sounds like you need to get it up high on some jack stands and drop the pan to check. Even if it isn't a bearing, something is about to give out, so you need to go find out what it is for sure. Check everything you can from underneath and above before you pull the pan off. Maybe it is just something simple like your idler pulley bearing is shot...
