whats this piece? (Window)

Hi guys, first of all i wanna wish every one a merry christmas and a kick ass new year .

Well today i decided to fix the window rattle since im going on a 500+ miles trip tomorrow , and when i took of the door panel i found this inside.

it looks like its part of the rail of the window but where does it go?

also i took of the felt pads and lost one of the nuts that hold the braket.

it fell inside the door but i cant find it, haha anny ideas of where it could be hiding?

For the bolt look on the top of the crash bar i dropped one there.

The plastic clip is the rail stabalizer. Look on the glass in the direction of the front of the car and you should see a U shaped bracket
