You're missing the clip that holds the hose down. Notice how it fits in the bracket and won't turn if installed completley. Alternately there are flat spots on the hose. Put a wrench on it and proceed.

You should also use a line wrench (flare wrench) on the fittings. If you're using an open end on those fittings it is not recommended.
Are you loosening the flare nut on the hardline tubing to disconnect it so you can pull the hose fitting out through the bracket?

Its been said - don't hold the bracket.

Line wrench on the hard line, box end of a standard wrench on the flat edges of the soft line, set up the wrenches so you can use grip strength to squeeze them together. - Don't slip or round off the edges. Use PB blaster or WD40 etc on the threads to help break the hard line free.

In any case, you are probably going to replace the soft line, and delete thing you are holding in your hand, so maybe go look at the other end of the soft line, and find a single ss braided soft line to go direct from the clutch slave to the clutch master cylinder hard line.
