What's the deal with PTE 360* Thrust Plates?

^ First 6152 I've seen come without a steel thrust plate. What era was yours built? Should be engraved behind the compressor wheel on the backplate.

SO JusMX I just picked up a PTE 57 trim. What is the appropriate oil pressure?
And should I just send it to you to have it rebuilt, from the sounds of it, I shouldn't have bought it.
Can I trust it?

Yikes- PTE AND a 57-trim. Double-whammy.

Honestly I have no idea what to tell you- according to PTE you can't possibly over-oil their turbos, but not a single journal bearing turbo on the market wants more than 75psi at the inlet. Feed from the filter housing, use as large of a drain as possible, and pray.
