I got pulled over and the cop told me my exhaust was too loud, then he told me to rev it. So I did, and he just said, nevermind and left.

This did not happen to me but I was there:
Me and my friend (I was 22 or 23 at the time and my friend was about a week away from his 21st bday) went to the club...had a few drinks then he started driving us back to his house. We make a complete stop at the stop sign then turn right and pull into his drive way. While we are on his porch unlocking the door a Cop pulls up without his lights on and says "hey how are you fellas doing tonight" we say we are fine just getting home to get some sleep. Then he says "I'm going to have to ask yall to get back in the truck" we were like WTF. Anyways he finally gets us to get back in the truck and as soon as we did he hopped in his car...backed up about 10 yards and turned his lights on and pulled behind us in the drive way....to shorten the story my friend went to jail for DUI. We tried to fight it in court but the cop lied on the stand about how everything went down. That is when we found out that the cop camera isn't activated until the lights are on...thats why he was so insistant on us getting back in the truck . It looked like we had never gotten out in the video.

While driving my Trans Am in FL I was stopped for doing 88 in a 30. The crazy part about that is that I actually stopped when I had such a lead on the cops in the first place...

I was in my 87 audi 4000 cs quattro and my buddy was in his 2g tsi fwd and he did a kick ass burn out so I launched my car and got a ticket for wreckless, careless , and speeding. (this was in a parking lot)

The cop said in court that I was doing a burnout with all my tires smoking and fishtailing all over the road and I was going 50 mph in a 100 feet.

Well I had an afidavid (SP) wrote by my brother in law whos a tech and stated that my vehicle had 100 hp and was awd and weighed over 4k lbs. So that it was impossible for my vehicle to do what he stated unless on ice. Well it was spring time and dry out. So the judge asked him how I was speeding if he got me on radar. the cop stated well your honor I was off duty in a civilian vehicle so I estimated his speed. that ticket was tossed.

Then the state lawyer stated that my afidavid wasnt notorised so the person that wrote it could of been me. So I was charged with the wreckless and careless 1000 in fines.

The judge came up to me after court and told me that I lost on a technicality and that if I had the letter notorised that I would of won. I also told the judge in court that I was willing to go outside the courthouse with him present and rev me vehicle to redline dump the clutch and if the vehicle did what the cop stated I will take double the fines for doing the crime twice.

oh well you live and learn.

The best part of this was that same cop was on his street bike the day I got my liscense back and did a willie right by me So I called the cops and told him that a crazy guy on a bike was driving like a fool so he got pulled over about a mile away. Im sure he didnt get anything.

Im pretty cool with cops and dont hate them or dislike them. They are doing a job that is very dangerous and I for one wouldnt do that job. I havent got a ticket in a long time. The last time I got pulled over I was doing 82 in a 70 on the interstate and didnt get anything. He walked up to the door and asked for the usual and asked me if I knew why he was pulling me over and I even stated 82 mph in a 70 so he ran my liscense and came back said that I was clean and to slow down I will be working this road all night and if I see you come by me later going only 2 mph over the speed limit im going to give you a ticket. sure enough he was there later that night and no I wasnt speeding. Just be honest and most of the time they will be cool about it.

Actually you can my friend, just hop on the interstate or highway in a sports bike or an exotic supercar... Then that radio is outrun easily. But one thing that for sure cannot be outrun...

Ive ran a couple of times and havnt gotten caught. I was alot younger/more stupid (I know im useing the Aroid Rodriques excuse) and my car was alot slower. I would usually run untill out of sight then make a move to hide (park in the middle of a field with the lights off, park behind a school bus out in the country...things like that...then when they fly by you just turn around and go the other way)
I allways did it in small towns so a helicoptor was not an issue...hell their radios probably didnt even work .

One time when I had my previous car (97 Eclipse RS), I went to Aventura Mall down here in Miami to meet up with my cousins and chill at the mall (I was with my other cousin and friends inside my car). I was on the phone with him to meet up exactly where he was in the parking lot right down to when I pulled up next to my cousin's car nearby. I shut off my car and right when I take my key out of the ignition, an undercover cop pulls up right in front of my eclipse in an unmarked suburban, gets out while holding me at gunpoint yelling for me to put my hands on the steering wheel. I was shocked as hell and did it quick, I even dropped my car keys on the floor of my car in hesitation to put my hands on the wheel! He also told my cousin nearby in the other car to not move.

Since my cousin was walking around his car with his phone on his ear (telling me where he was at so I can meet up with him), they suspected it was a drug deal. He made us all get out and a bunch of police swarmed us, I swear I think the entire unit of Aventura Police were at our spot, with lights flashing with K-9 unit and Gang-unit arrived. They made us put our hands on the hood of their vehicle with our legs spread out like we were felons. The chief came and pulled me to the side, singled me out one on one with him to ask me questions. I answered them by saying that's my cousin for God's sake and we were gonna chill at the mall, not drug deal like they suspect. They found no drugs, false assumption by the cops, threaten to taze us if any of us start to run away. K-9 unit even gets a drug sniffin dog in my eclipse and my cousin's car, searching for drugs but didn't find shit but my keys on the floor mat. To top it off, they even take my cousins cell phone, watch the videos amongst the other fellow cops and start cracking up. My cousins turn their heads around to see why they are laughing and realize it's a funny ass video i've seen from his phone. Then the cops look at us and yell "HEY, turn your f***ing heads back around and face the car, don't even think about looking at us again, pu$$ies." They then resume to laugh again while watching the video.

To make a long story short, they had us eatin shit doing nothing there for almost 3 hours, didn't find nothing so they stick a tint meter on my car because they thought my tints were too dark, slapped me with a non moving tint violation ticket and said get the hell outta here. They messed up our day and we were pissed. I even almost wooped my cousin's friend ass that day who was with us because he was acting like a complete asswipe towards the cops and could have got us in alot more deep shit (cops had that one for all mentality that time), but he stopped acting up and saved himself from a huge ass whoopin me and my cousins would have gave him.

I ran no exhaust on my 92 for a long long time and finally got pulled over for it. I got cited for no exhaust but gave me 10 days to put one on.
So i put a 3 inch straight pipe on with no muffler and he cited me for no muffler.......wtf.....so i had one put on and THEN, then he had the nerve to tell me NOW, with the MUFFLER.....that the car was too loud...

Was driving my friends van about 10 years ago... I'm talking big ass 78 Ford Econoline Mark III... couch in there, TV, curtains, etc..

Got pulled over for a taillight, which ended up being no registration or insurance, providing porn to minors (his Dad had a few playboys on a shelf and possesion of alchol... (his Dad left a cooler stocked with beer in there, we didn't ever know about it)

Oh, and no driving without licence. Left me wallet at home... and I got pulled over on the road right by my parent's land. Coulda walked a few hundred yards and got my wallet.


Nothing came of it. Tapped the tailight and it came back on... Cop said have a nice day. Course he was one of the 3 cops that worked in the town... not like I didn't know him

I once was pulled over for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I was on the highway driving through some country town doing 60mph in a 65. The trooper said I was doing 75mph. I told him I was doing 60 and then he said he wants to check the tint on my windows. The tint check out fine then, he started to tell me about how sometimes speedometers are off. I know my speedo was correct because I use to drive past the electronic speed signs often. The trooper still gave me a waring even though I was driving below the speed limit.

about a month later, i get pulled over. The cop yells and bitches because i have a tool set in the back, the basic 50 piece set, and he thinks I chop cars. Then he brings in the drug dog...while i wait for the dog, i asked why i was pulled over, to get this answer.

..while i was in MN, my read defroster went out one day, and i was pulled over for "too dark of tint"(i didnt have tint at the time)...MN has a 50% limit im told..which i dont see how, because most cars from the factory are 27% front and like 10-20% rear...



one summer i get busted going 70 in a 45..i know, stupid, but it was a 3 lane road...the cop was cool, and said he clocked me going 70, but wanted 2 pull me over anyway to check out my car..he owned a 98 TSi back in highschool, and has been a DSMer since.


Cops love this by the way...

Wow you people in PA,FL,AK got it rough. Cops in wisconsin are pretty chill, I guess its one plus to living here. I'v never really had any problems with the cops. I even tried to get pulled over one day back when I had my n/t talon with a Apexi N1 catback. Gave it right by a cop and he didnt even turn his head. The cops in my home town are pretty chill.

But the first day I got my liscense I was in brookfield with the dsm.


I was just relaxing and driving and a cop pulls me over, tells me that the straight through muffler doesn't belong on a stock system like mine. I tell him I have a full exhaust, tells me to take my coffee can off because it's illegal.
As soon as he says this, a harley blows by, REALLY loudly, but because it's Wisconsin, the cops are biased.
So he lets me off on a warning, and I'm on my way.
Other then that, I launched at a stop light once to show my friend what my car could do, I didn't see the cop on the opposing way, as I'm blowing by all he gives me is a dirty look, and I slow down.

I driven without a bumper past a local cop before. Twice. Nothing.

I've driven for over 9 months now without a front license plate, traveling around the NJ/NY area everyday passing possibly dozens of cops. I only got pulled over one time last summer by the Palisades Parkway Police for it. No ticket either.

I ran a red light once. Showed up 3 times to court. 3rd time it got threw out after the cop was a no show. Was a lady cop too.

I'm ready to slap some tint on my car to see if it'll draw any attention.

One time i was going home with a friend
it was late night and we where hanging out in a near town
in a straight just down shifted and pedal to the floor
then we got out of the highway and stopped on a red light
then the cops stopped by us and say "can you please pull to the right and stop"
we asked why ??? "your where doing 119mph in a 55mph zone"
funny thing is that we actually manage to do 130mph
here in PR for that you get a $500 ticket for going over 100mph

I had just bought a 1991 Accord as a beater, it was midnight, went out to the store to get medicine for my son, then 4 months old, and some diapers. I had my license, previous registration for the plates I was using, up to date, and my bill of sales and the title for the car on me. I bought it on Saturday, it was Sunday, DMV isn't opened until Monday.

I get pulled over by Officer Blaze of the West Warwick, RI PD, claiming he pulled me over for my rear license plate lights being out (they weren't snapped a quick photo of it with my phone when he wasn't looking). Then he saw the plates didn't match, gave him all of my paperwork. He said it could be forged and that Honda's are the most commonly stolen vehicles in the area. So he said he will have to tow the car and put it in impound until I register it. I was angry, but I what could I do. I said OK, let me just grab my stroller, the diapers and the medicine from the trunk for my son. He refused! He refused to let me grab anything, even when I pleaded for the diapers and medicine. I then had to walk the mile home as he towed my car, call my parents and have them come bring me to buy more diapers and medicine for my son.

I had to pay 3 days of impound storage, plus the 95.00 release fee, on top of registering the car. Needless to say I brought it to caught, fought it, and won. I however, am still bitter to this day that this guy is still allowed to be a cop. He is the scum of society and everything that is wrong with police these days.

i got pulled over for a wide turn.. but i actually made an illeagal U turn ... and i guess nither one of the CHP officers saw me. and then they tried to say i was drunk.. but i wasnt drinking.. and they just let me go... i also have like 5 tint tickets on 3 cars and i got a window ticket the same day i got them tinted
