avoiding getting pulled over

Here is my question. If you are speeding and you see a copWTF, and he pulls a U-turn to come after you, and you see him and drive into the closet neighborhood, leave the car and go inside the house, can they still give you a ticket? Keep in mind there is traffic everywhere ,so its not like he can immediately pull me over

How are you gonna get inside the house if its not yours? I think they can still give you a ticket cause they saw you speeding and even when your parked already. I seen it happend a couple times on the TV show COPS.

i was going to a friends house, and it was a block away so i called him to open his garage door

I dont know how Oklahoma is, but in Pa, they need a way to prove you were speeding. Such as time trap, vascar, the gun. He could uturn and they follow you for a 3/10ths of a mile and then pull you over. But not the opposite way. At least that is the way in PA.

thanks for the helpful info , but the reason i ask this is that as soon as i leave i get pulled over for not speeding and he tells me its because he saw me earlier?

You're asking how to avoid taking your lumps from the law, plain and simple. The cop SAW you. What else does he need?

You're moving a simple infraction of speeding into the crime of evasion. Not recommended. Cops remember things, especially things that piss them off. When the cop shows up, the game is over.

Better yet, don't drive in a way that'll piss-off the cops. Kind of like, don't post things that'll piss-off the Moderators.
