Traffic tickets(speeding, careless operations, and no seat belt) and some air freshener..I need to call the boy and give him his tickets back.

hey i found mine the very first weekend i bought the car. maybe its because i detailed it, im very thorough though.

nothing in it when i first got it, but now i keep my toll road transponder in there until i remember to bring out the Velcro strips

i seriously have receipts Vimax pills condoms and 1000$ cash but my secret compartment is under that... where there is some time of hard drive ill try to take a pic later

when i bought it my car had couple pennies in it =/ but now i have some swisher sweets and money. the swishers are my friends that im holdin on too so his parents dont find them an the money is mine

I love you guys, no really, love you guys.

I checked this secret compartment, that after 6 years of owning DSMs, never noticed...so here on this GST I just bought, I checked it...and you know what I find inside? $598.00. Seriously. My car is it's own economic stimulus.

wow shoot yourself :ohdamn: haha i never find anything like that. i found it the day i got it. and all i found was some rolled up zumiez stickers and a receipt for some chips and a soda :notgood:

Mine was empty and looked unused.

I was keeping some spare money in mine until I swaped out the console. I haven't looked in the new one yet.

my secret compartment was under the cup/change holder in my 2nd gen.

I never screwed it back down and its really easy to hide stuff under there. cigs/condoms/whatever

pretty convient when your 16 yrds old trying to hide stuff.

btw i stopped being "cool" and i stopped smoking right after i started.

I went to open mine and it snapped because it was so cold. There was not anything in it either. I was hoping the previous owner left like 1000 dollars are something.. damn :(

Sorry to hear that. Our cars are getting to be like senior citizens ROFL. Touch them and they break a hip.

It's really not that secret. I had two cops search my old car, they all looked in that compartment, under the dash where I had my viper alarm, Wideband harness, and turbotimer harness, and he grabbed all that shit. They searched inside my rear tail light compartments with the 3 slider clips, under my spare tire flap, under my glove box, under all my seats, in my air cleaner box, in my dash vent, door vents.

I sure was happy when they never took out my cup holder/ashtray insert. Best spot to hide anything top secret is inside your actual center console, right by the ebrake adjuster/ airbag module.

Adolescence. :(

Wow... I've owned my talon for 6 years and never knew about this. I'm hoping mine is missing for some reason so I dont feel stupid, but I'm sure it's there.

I'm going to go check my talon and my GSX... will report back!!!

RESULTS: I knew I wasn't crazy. The compartment door is broken off in my talon. Nothing was found in the GSX :(

Mine was broken long ago and the door won't stay closed. I use my elbow to get into the car a lot and on every console I've put in I eventually crack them in the exact same spot. I gave up changing them out a few years ago so mine sits empty.

i never realized this was such a rarely known thing, this has made me LOL...thats the 1st thing i notice when i got in the car and opened it up...i keep my wallet in there!

pretty sure i dont have one in my car.. i think the lids missing that might be why ... unsure though my batteries outta my car for now so ill check tomorrow LOL

It took me a while to find mine but I did it about a year after having the car LOL nothing was in there from the previous owner. But the best secret spot is when you pull up the ashtray and have access to the center console - been pulled over multiple times and its never been looked in.

I found mine many moons ago. Ever since, i keep a pack of SUPER EXTRA HUGE MAGNUM sized condoms for myself.

I found that compartment like a month after I bought my white 2g, found a bunch of timeslips in there from what the previous owner had run. needless to say, I was impressed at the times! I also "lost" my wallet after putting it in that pocket one day and forgot all about it. But when I'm out of the car I keep any visible "attractions" in there ie. my ipod, camera, concert tickets. Stuff like that

When I first got my car there was like 50 of those little moist towelettes from buffalo wild wings in there.
