What's a good budget 95-99 GSX catback

I've looked around and there's not much for the 95-99 GSX's. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I need something that's slightly better than stock, not overly loud as it will be a daily driver. Not looking to build an all out racer. Also, a matching downpipe to go with it or a combo package.

You could always go pick out the muffler of your choice and get some pipe made at a local muffler shop and save big $$$ that can be spent else where. You can go with 2.5 or 3", it will make good power, just might not be stainless steel or manderal bent.

Actually there are alot of companies that make exhaust for the GSX. Greddy, HKS, Apexi..

Check ebay, lots of stuff there. I have the Extreme Motorsports Cat-back, and I love it.... sounds schweet

Yep...I don't know anything cheaper than this. Magnaflow muffler with 3 or 2" piping. Shouldn't cost you more than 175-200 bucks.

"Matching downpipe"??? That's not a catback if you get a downpipe, that's a turboback. Then you're going to need to either get rid of the cat or get a high-flow cat. I'd go with a Megan Racing downpipe that you can get off Ebay though. Take it to the muffler shop when they put in the rest of your exhaust & they'll hook it up for you.

I second the Megan Racing, but get an exhaust shop to flange it for a cat, that way you have the option

Thanks guys....I am looking at something under $350. Like the xtune catback. I wish tsudo made a gsx catback, but they don't. I was thinking of the megan downpipe and catback (if they ever release the gsx version).

EBAY! Someone recently did a review on the XS Power/SS autochrome 3" turboback exhaust, it was about $500 for a turboback. Check the bolt on section for his review. The thread is there.
