what size ICP?

i am going to be making my own U/LICP. i was wondering what diameter pipe i should use. i am getting mandrel bent pips, as to get the best flow. i will be using the plate that bolts onto the throttle body, and just weld a new elbo on there, same with the outlet pipe on the turbo, use the bracke, and make my own elbo from there. i will eventually be getting a FMIC, but for now i want soe for the SMIC. Also, what is the outlet/inlet diameters of the stock 1G SMIC?? (plese specify outside diameter, or inside diameter if u give a size) as for the BOV, i will cut part of the stock hard pipe, and weld that on my pipe. if all goes well, i will meke a tech article for it, but all i need to know is what size of piping i should use for the upper and lower IC pipes

2 1/2 - 3" upper 2 - 2 1/2" lower

what would be the differences between having 2.5" or 3" for UICP and 2" or 2.5" for the LICP?? bigger means more flow but means more lag right??

it might come down to which size is easier to fit in there ( ABS is a pita)

Use as small of a pipe as you can that will not hinder flow. It all depends on how much air you want to move.

For the UICP dsmparts.com says you need pipes A+B...is this true?

Cause turbo garage doesn't show A and B it just has one pipe.
