ICP for my 2g

Does all the stock ICP on a 2g need to be upgraded to not leak any boost? Ive heard that I should run 15lbs with a new BOV and hard ICP, does this include LICP? I would assume the system is only as strong as the weekest link, correct? If so, I am looking for a full hard piping kit, Im thinking GReddy, but $200+ is kinda steep. Suggestions? Thanks.

the piping doesnt leak.

its the 2g BOV that sucks and leaks.

Just buy a new UICP with a 1g flange and put a 1g BOV on there.

Yes, the weak link is in the bov stock not the piping. If the pipes are in good shape they will hold boost. They might expand a little bit softening boost responses but they won't leak.
