ok so ive got a small 16G installed, with a profec b hopefullt working soon keeping it in line and a walbro 255 installed......

i cant decide what i should do next....i have the stock exhaust system, so i cant decide betwee

1) S-AFC II and dyno tuning
2) full turbo back exhuast
thanks for any advice

#2 first, then #1. Want to at least complete your basic performance upgrades before you spend $$$ at the dyno tuning.

Install some bigger injectors when you do your SAFC so you can turn the boost up without running 100% IDC on teh 450cc stockers.

Exhaust first (3" turbo-back)
SAFC
550cc+ injectors
Dyno tuning.

The exhaust from what you listed. But you REALLY need a AFPR also before you start thinking of a AFC.

I'd have to agree there. Always go with the basics first so you have a strong foundation to build on. You'd be suprised at how much a good exhaust system can help you out.

k thanks, sounds good to me.......i have to stop runnin my car for the moment tho until i figure out why my wastegate is sticking....because right now its hitting 20psi NOT spiking just boosting.....LOL

im kinda short on cash in general, so i think im gonna have exhaust done custom so i dont pay for a name....what size should i get? 2.5 or 3?

well if i end up without the money to get a full turbo back, should i start with cat back then get downpipe or downpipe to cat back

3" mandrel bent. Always mandrel or nothing.

mandrel bends are really pointless unless you:

A) can get it done for next to nothing compared to press bent
B) plan on running over 500 horse

Otherwise, it's just flushing money down the toliet...

Plain and simple, the amount of exhaust flow you'll gain 3" mandrel over press is not enough to worry about it for the average street car. Unless you are going to handpick EVERY mod part you buy for the "best" possible performance, don't concern yourself with mandrel bends.

You can do that if you like, if you can afford $500 you can most likely get it all done. Just go to your local shop and tell them you want a (2.5 or 3 inch based on if you want to stop around 375 horse or if you're gonna keep going past that) custom exhaust. Now a high flow cat you should buy from like summit racing or elsewhere where it's cheap. Most shops will kill you for that part. And lastly, unless you know the guys at the shop, don't mention running "no cat". They can't legally do that. (Nor can you "legally")

If you do choose to only get a catback done for now, do NOT pay more than $300. $350 would get you the brandname Buschur racing one (you'd have to install though)...

And if you can spare a bit more, Buschur racing has incredible quality control and customer service and would run about $650 for the whole turbo back with high flow cat.
