What should i do??

Hey guys just need some insight on what i should do to my engine i just finished taking the head off my car and it looks like my block needs resurfacing. What else should i do to my head/block while i have it out and at a machine shop?

BSE to the block is always a good thing and port the oil hole in oil housing. you will see a higher oil pressure after BSE have been removed.
