Is there any way to remove it? I want to resurface the block but it's in the way. 20190212_144935.jpg

I would get it over with and order new ones. Then you don’t have to be gentle getting them out

Vice grips and pull them out, then just install new ones after the block has been decked. They're cheap.

Your machine shop should have a dowel puller to take them out without damage, just leave them if your having it machined and they should pull them.
