i got injen piping and stock MAF. would kind of filter should i use that would be a good fit? I had a K&N filter but it was to big and got all squished up from the guy before who i bought it off of.

The FIPK will be too large to match up well with an Injen style intake pipe. A more generic cone K&N would probably be a good way to go but there are plenty of other, cheaper options that will work just fine. Just pick one that fits - the pipe and the wallet.

ok does it matter if i get a turbo 1g tb or a n/t 1g tb?

They are both 60mm IIRC. The turbo TB will use a TB elbow like stock. The N/T TB does not use an elbow but has a piece of straight pipe instead and a coupler attaches to that. It's just one less gasket to worry about.
