Hey All! I'm new to the dsm world.. Former Honda boy growing up LOL..
Im looking for a good Intake manifold for my build.(street/strip)
I have a 95' GST. The block has been bored .20, Manley crankshaft, manley H beam rods, CP pistons, elim shaft kit, fluidamper harmonic balancer. Head is basically stock but with upgraded springs, retainers, seals. I'll be on 24ish psi on pump using a precision pte5862cea and tuned with AEM EMS. I could go on with mods but I think that should be enough for my question LOL.
So, what Is a good intake manifold for my street/strip build?
Thanks

All the intake manifolds mentioned above are great. Save some cash and see which one is being sold in the classifieds section! I picked up a JMF "race" intake manifold for $300

A vote for the RVR/EVO3 intake manifold or anything proven that is cast aluminum. I say this for one main reason, anything that is aluminum sheetmetal will burst, split, crack since aluminum has a limited fatigue life.

Minimal to no loss on the low end, nice gains up high. Quite an improvement over a stock 2g with a nice flat power curve up to 7000 rpms at least. I went back to the stock 2g intake manifold for emissions (no EGR) and I can't stand the lack of high rpm kick.

These 2 are good:

4G63 Intake Manifold If you go with the hypertune make sure and buy the throttle body they offer with it.

Or the best >> JUN AUTO - JUN GT SURGE TANK

Stock 2g or ported 2g intake manifold w/ 60mm tb is a good combWTF!!r the stock 1g intake manifold is good. Also a evo 3 if you can find one. Also depends on your goal theres good people like Magnus or JMF that have really good street or race smim that you can look into.

For what it's worth I have a stock 2G intake manifold that is extrude honed and I bored out the throttle body flange for a 1G throttle body. I had no problems making 450 awhp.

I'm on a stock 2g head, intake, and tb.... Putting down 500 whp:cool:

Going to do cams next.
