I searched and found one topic that was exacly what i am gonna ask but he never got an answer.
My block is bored 40 over with evo 9 pistons, shotpeened 6 bolt rods and i was wondering what size headgasket i need to use. The block deck has been MLS cut but my head hasnt. I wanna get head work done but i dont think i am going to do it before i put it back together.
So what headgasket do you recomend i use. Ill probablybe running about 22 psi until i can get head work and cams. Any information will help.

my bad I had misread that. Hmm you know I'm actually not sure. I'm going to look into it tho and find out I'm quite interested. Just a personal opinion I would opt for .20 over if I were you. .40 is a lot to bore out on these blocks.
