do i have to replace my injector's and feul pump are any thing to run a 16g turbo? thanks

As long as you don't boost over 14-15 psi, no. Anything above that you'll need bigger injectors, a bigger fuel pump and something to tune with to be safe. Some people risk it and try set it as high at 18 pounds, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you want scattered parts.

Please search! There are tons of threads about this very topic. But to answer your question do you NEED to? No. However, to make use of the full potential of the 16g yes you will. With a 16g running apx 13-15 lbs of boost the stock fuel system is pretty much at its max and you will experience fuel cut. Not fun! some 550/650 injectors, Walbro 190 or 255 fuel pump and SAFC or even better DSMlink you can maximize the 16g's potential.
