well i got mine back today, she has been down because of a broken timing belt, bent 14 valves so she got a rebuild. so today i got her home and street tuned. sorry im just so excited i just had to tell someone.

I know your pain. It's personally never happened to me but I know someone who it did happen to, bent 8 valves though. Glad it's running now. :)

Ordered a XTD Stage 3 clutch. Ordered a stainless oil feed.

Very excited about this. Stock NT clutch only holds about 5 psi.

I had to wipe off the frozen egge yoke off my car after bing egged last night. The first night I stay out untill 4 am in probably 3 months, I get egged.

I cant bee to mad when I was a teen that was me doing the egging. I guess carma does catch up :ohdamn:

Began to swap out my spark plug /wires for some NGK's and upon pulling out the old ones I realized the previous owner wired plugs 3 &2 plugs wrong. :ohdamn: No wonder I've been having misfires..

those rims look really good man. i need to get the finish off of mine. dont really know what to use. I used this aluminum surface/ paint remover on my valve cover today to take off the old red paint and turn it back to the original finish, kind of nervous about using it on my rims...

Hours and hours of sanding :)

I don't like paint strippers. They burn on skin contact

Thanks!! Couple $3 cans of flat black primer at autozone. Very forgiving and since it's primer you can paint over it if you change your mind. I used it on my Jetta and no chips with over 25k miles.

The 16's were primered and then graphite gray wheel paint. Matches the paint perfect.

As for the gloves :) I hate them. My hands sweat too much.

I posted my GS for sale. :(

Put rear drums back on the car since I got sent the AWD e-brakes. Wired an AUX jack into the cup holder area. Removed rust on the rotors soon to be swapped.

today i decided that i wanted more space for he turbo to sit so i did some lower subframe modification.

I also pulled the compressor housing off the holset and ground the vband lip off and clocked the housing to better line up with where i wanted it.

Today I am going to pull the clutch and pressure plate to check wear, as well as start cleaning the block/pistons/manis to get ready for reassembly.

I removed almost all the plastidip with a 3000 psi pressure washer. And some of the normal paint LOL
