What compression gauge are you using?

ok, I am about to do a compression test on my engine and I have never done one before so I obviously have to get a compression gauge. Basically all that I need to know is what range of numbers does it need to have on it. I am guessing that I need one that will read from 0 to 200??? Where did you get your compression gauge at?

Thanks :dsm:

You can just get a compression tester at your local autoparts store. They come as a kit with everything you need (like, gauge, tube to reach down into head, and fitting for different plug sizes). The gauge will hold the highest reading, then there is a pressure release button on the side for your next test.

Here's a pic of a typical tester. Some kits might not have as many pieces.
