what are the best fmic around now.

I looked into this before i posted up., and i figured it was time for an updated list sense the old one still had the greddy up as one of the best. let me get some good solid input on quality price and performance.

I'm not sure if the Garrett cores are the most efficient on the market, but they are darn close.

Try ETS, they have great customer service and proven cores. I bought the ulrta race kit for my 2g and it is great!

They vary ets, pr, vsrf, a nice variety to choose from.

Mainly it comes down to the amount you want to pay, and your goals basically. I personally had a couple, and am by far am the happiest with my VRSF fmic. Best bang for the buck IMO, however, I do not have experience with many others (Punishment, ETS, Slowboy, etc).

Ive seen many use ebay fmic, so many variables including your wallet like mentioned before, got me a pr one i like it, does a good job for my goals and my fabbing it up.

If it doesn't have a Garrett style core, than it doesn't qualify for the best. PTE and ETS would be the commercially mass produced ones that would fit the bill, otherwise you will find that people who are serious buy a Garrett core and have end tanks custom welded.

It comes down to how much money the Marine Corp is giving you Ed, if you want the best bang for the buck VRSF or PR. If you WANT THE BEST grab a ETS core, just the core alone is worth more than the entire VRSF/PR/SSAC kit so be sure to factor in the cost of piping/couplers/clamps.

The best I/C's out there will be based off of a Garrett core. Size for size nothing can touch them right now.
