What is the best FMIC that takes the least amount of car modification, that will also be able to flow enough to handle a Evo III 16G? I really want to go with a FMIC but I don't want to have to cup up the whole front of my car. I am looking for a complete kit , not just a core because I don't have the resources to make my own pipes. Thanks

jrc ebay kit is right up your alley.. no cutting of the bumper and can support 400hp

I just installed the Dejon Tool Race FMIC. The install was very straight forward. Because I purchased the aluminum bumper ~$179 I didn't have use the stock one (no cutting).
There are 2 thin side supports that I cut holes into with a drill. Super simple, didn't need a sawzall. The setup was expensive but the finished product is totally worth it. I don't want to run into issues in the future if I upgrade to something bigger then the T04b. If money isn't an issue... :thumb:

It's huge, it's sexy, it's easy to install. I love it. :D

I checked out that FMIC and noticed all the things it said you have to move. Did you have to move your coolant overflow, ac loop, get a thinner fan, or any of the other things they say. Thanks

A/C loop, I don't have A/C so that wasn't a problem.
No A/C, no A/C fan.
I replaced the coolant bottle.

The idea is for as big a project a FMIC could turn into,
duct tape, etc... this was very smooth.

SBR's street kit would be great for you.

I have their racecore kit and I removed my bumper completely.

I do still have my a/c unlike the fellow above. My racecore fit fine. The streetcore is supposed to be a bolt on affair and can support good numbers and fairly priced. I personally hated dejon's kit but to each his own.
