what are ALL tune-ups to do on a car?

Spark plugs, wires, check/change all fluids, air filter, might as well check/adjust base timing if you have tools to do so (you got a 2g so I don't think that applies)

all I can think of engine wise off the top of my head.

Plugs (NGK BPR6ES)
Wires
Oil change (motor, tranny, transfer case, rear diff)
Coolant flush
Boost leak test
Timing side change (full OEM)
Air filter

That's all I can think of personally

when i do tune ups i do it every 6 months when i do my fluid change which is every 3 months, so i end up changing

oil
antifreez
spark plug wires
spark plugs
then i also double check my
brake fluid
clutch fluid (if youuse a different master cylinder other than your brake master cylinder)
and i might be missing some thing, just keep a good eye on your car it will last forever

Spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Check air filter, possibly replace/clean
Fuel filter
Fuel injector clean (Done at a shop with chemical)
clean throttle body
clean mass air flow sensor
replace pcv valve

This is a basic emissions tune up i do at work, you can also do a boost leak test, change your oil, check your ign base timing, cas, set your base idle etc.

other cars may have a distributor cap and rotor also
