Weird Condensation by Oil filter and oil leak?

So this is new to me I have not seen this before but I am getting water droplets on my filter. There are no leaks coming from above it (water line is capped from Water pipe and plus it would be greenish). The only thing I can think of is that the oil filter is the last thing to get hot thus causing condenstation I don't know if that makes sense or not WTF


Also I have a slight oil leak where the Filter meets the housing. The filter is on there tight too. I am noticing this more after the car is off right after a drive. No other coolant leaks or overheating issues at all.

"Right after a drive " your oil cooler shoulder be quite warm or downright hot, correct? If the droplets you are seeing were straight h20 they would quickly evaporate.

Coolant would not.

hmm, good point. I'm thinking the bolt that I used to cap is somehow getting loose (water pipe line that connected to oil cooler) I just felt the bolt head and it felt kinda wet but didn't look or feel like coolant but I'll double check. Thanks

Any idea on oil leak where filter meets housing?

Check around your exhaust gaskets. I once had a teeny leak on my exhaust manifold gasket that would trickle a drop every now and then and it was in that area. It's probably not the culprit, but worth checking as it surprised me.
