I am out of answers.

just put the whole car back together, went to put water in it and it all just poured all over the ground on the front of the block behind the turbo, by the water pipe.
pulled the wastegate off so I could feel back there as I poured water in. the water pipe is bone dry, and hoses are all tight, everything.

Felt back there and it felt like it was coming from the block itself but can pinpoint. it is lower than the head gasket....the gasket area is dry. I havent pull the turbo all the way back off yet.

Any ideas where water is coming from inside the block? cracked? i don't know but i didn't notice anything and I just put the motor back in.

question and comments welcome. excuse the typing, im a little pissed right now.

You have probably already confirmed that its not the coolant feed/return lines for the turbo, but it doesnt hurt to double check the tightness, I had the same problem, and it was a tough spot to see sitting behind the turbo.
