walbro 255 lph question

if you just install a walbro 255 with out having bigger injectors or an afc will your car run like crap?

i dont have injectors or afc and its running just fine.. no performance benefit, but it runs and is ready for injectors + afc.

EDIT: Forgot to mention its not running worse either. there wasn't any real difference that i could tell.

if you run stock boost or low boost,. no.. but over 16psi on stock turbo (14b) that can change. you gonna probally run rich.

couple guys I spoke to with exp, said that the 255 was fine until they rewired the pump then the low end degraded in performance probably from running rich

Mine ran like crap - very rich. It will vary from car to car. Get yourself an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to eliminate possible problems.
