2G very rough idle and fowling plugs

i recently got a 95 gsx and it had a blown turbo so i got that rebuilt and reinstalled it. i drove about 300 miles till it died on me, did a compression test (cold engine because i could not start to warm up) and i got between 137-141 psi in all four cylinders. when i try to start its smells like raw fuel and keeps fowling spark plugs. figured out its running rich even with the fuel all the turned down on the reg. car has great spark i also took videos of start up and staling if needed any help is appreciated.

Is it stock or modded? Any way to get a log of it? Are the injectors bigger than stock? Just need some more details.

every aftermarket part that i know of is listed on my profile. as far as i know the injectors are stock size and it has factory ecu so cannot log

What's your fuel pressure at when you try to start it?

Try replacing your coolant temp sensor, the two wire one, not the spade terminal one.
