420A Rough idle and dies

So I have a 98 Eclipse GS that has been having a rough idle and dies when I come to a stop. I replaced the IAC and the spark plugs and I can smell fuel so it’s getting that and I ran a cleaner through the fuel system. Does anybody know what the idle problem could be?

Is the check engine light on, or are there any error codes stored in the PCM? Those clues could help point you in the right direction.

Scan the car 1. Adjust the idle screw number 2.
