very nooby question! help!

I just bough a 92 dsm awd and there are these tubes that connect to what looks to be the throttle, there are 4 tubes and different colored lines. they where dissconnected and had something to plug them up with, what are they and should i put them back in? if so what order do i put it in?

No you can not, that is false information, or not detailed enough.

On a 91-94 TB, the bottom most nipple, marked "P" draw a vacuum, you can not leave that port open. The rule of thumb is that you loop all 4 vacuum ports, if you choose to remove your emissions. Two pieces of vacuum hose and each end goes to a port.

Yes. What agentorange said. If you leave them just wide open you will create a boost leak which is something nobody wants.
