When you have a 255 lph fuel pump, and you go to get your AFPR, is the goal to lower Fuel PSI in the rail or Raise it?

I assume Raise but I just want to double check as I am chasing a theory of mine.

You would use it to put the fuel pressure back to the stock setting. You could raise the pressure and increase the amount of fuel coming out of the injectors to compensate for more air in the mix if you upgraded to a slightly larger turbo.

Fuel pressure will change what tune is needed whether it's lower or higher than standard pressure.
