can anyone tell me a ball park of what its going to cost to buy a valve seal set?

And then the labor?

has anyone had to have a set of valve seals installed in their 4g63? how much did it end up costing u?

friend took his head in and had it decked, tanked, and all valve seals done and it cost like 300 dollars but thats here in cali.
