valve seals

How would I go about changing the valve seals in my 93 Lazer 2.0 n/t without pulling the head ? Is it possible ?

in my humble opinion it is easier and less of a hassle to put the seals in with the head off yes it will cost a little extra money but at least your keepers won't magically disappear when you drop one.

you can put air in the cylinder to hold the vavles up
