So i adjusted my fuel pressure at 43.5 with the vacuum line disconnected. When i put the line back on, it only went down to about 40. I read it should go lower than that. Is there a vacuum leak ?

IF you do a search about vacuum leaks you will find a diagram, use that and clean up your engine bay at the same time.
