I'm not to sure but when my car is at idle my boost gauge reads -7 psi which i believe signals a vacuum leak just asking if this is true... i think it should read 0 at idle i could be wrong though

thanks

Vacuum at idle should be -18 to -20 inHG which equals about -9 to -10 psi. The stock boost gauge only reads down to -7 psi and it probably inaccurate to begin with. Once you install a real boost gauge that meassures the real pressure instead of estimate like the stock boost gauge, you will be able to properly judge whether you have vacuum leaks.
