Useable turbo??

That's the turbo. Anyone know anything about it?

Here is the info he gave me

It's a garrett aftermarket turbo, it didn't come off of certain vehicle to my knowledge. T4 exhaust inlet v band out, externally gated oil cooled.

Antique T04E Garrett with a turbine housing that is way too large. Usable, perhaps....worth $200, definitely not unless you have a smaller turbine housing of the correct spec waiting to go on.
